Watch Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade 2018 Live Online

The 2018 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is tomorrow, and Midtown will once again be populated with giant character balloons, floats, live performances, and more.

It’s estimated that around 3.5 million people will head to Manhattan this year to watch the festive event unfold as it travels down 77th Street and Central Park West, before ending in Midtown in front of Macy’s Herald Square on 34th Street.

Macy’s has put out a map of recommended places to watch, but if you’d much rather enjoy the parade not sandwiched between a swarm of people—especially considering the possibly record cold temperatures New York will experience tomorrow—there are several ways to do so.

There are several options: The parade airs live on NBC beginning at 9 a.m. EST and the channel’s website and mobile app will also stream the parade for the third consecutive year. Additionally, Macy’s and NBC have once again partnered with Verizon to offer live viewing with 360-degree video on Youtube. The stream will go live at 9 a.m. and will run through noon. If you don’t have a cable provider already, you can also stream the parade through Fubo, which offers a free seven-day trial.

And of course, you can always count on social media to offer a few live streams; while we can’t guarantee you’ll catch the entire parade on your Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram feed, we’re pretty sure you’ll catch a few good snippets.
